Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) conducts marketing efforts to support awareness of and recruiting efforts for our All-Volunteer Force. To complement the marketing efforts of the individual Services, JAMRS encourages young people, their parents, and other adult influencers to consider the Military with an open mind. JAMRS' initiatives, which fall under the Today's Military, My Future, and Medicine and the Military brands, accomplish the following:

  • Provide general information about the Military
  • Address overall concerns that both young people and adult influencers may have about military service
  • Increase positive perceptions about the Military
  • Encourage potential recruits and their adult influencers to get in touch with recruiters
